We offer our Clients the following legal services:
Legal consultation
Debt counseling
Representation in negotiations as ‘ombudsman/legal mediator’
Preparation of documents (e.g., payment schedules; contracts, including projects; assessments)
Representation in lawsuits, restructuring, bankruptcy, and enforcement proceedings.
Claim of payment stamp
It is possible to get a claim of payment stamp for your disposal for one year, with which you can mark repeated invoices or reminder letters that you send out.
Debt write-off act
We prepare an act in which the information obtained during the procedure is presented, the points of the Accounting Commission of the Republic of Estonia and the Act on the General Part of the Civil Code are referred to, and it is proposed to include the claim in expenses as unlikely to be collected.
Enforcement procedure
If the Client has a judgment in their favor or another agreement stipulating the initiation of enforcement proceedings, we will represent you in the enforcement proceedings: we will ensure that all the necessary documents are submitted to the enforcement officer as soon as possible, and will constantly keep the Client informed of what is happening in the enforcement proceedings.
Background investigation
We offer the Client a background investigation service to monitor existing or future transaction partners and possible payment irregularities.
